Rob has trained around the country with the best instructors and world champions including Sensei Gary Hellmann in Oceanside, LI and Nyack, NY, world champion Billy Blanks, Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, Joe Lewis and Jeff Smith. His traditional roots come from Danny "Tiger" Schulmann's United American Karate, many years of hard work, commitment, dedication, friendships and many unforgettable memories especially training in Long Beach, CA. with Danny, Ronnie and Gary. Rob has written and appeared in numerous magazines, newspapers and television programs (ESPN, Entertainment Tonight, Current Affair, Inside Edition, NBC Sportsworld) in both the United States and Europe. Among others, these include Black Belt magazine, Inside Kung Fu, Inside Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Karate International, Muscle and Fitness, Muscle Magazine, Men's Fitness and Bodybuilding Lifestyles plus many more.
Martial Arts has led Rob into the entertainment industry as a fight choreographer. He has made guest appearances in many television programs, among them Acapulco HEAT. After many years of performing and competing, Rob's sincere desire, vision and focus is to give to others what karate has given to him. To provide exciting quality programs. Teaching students the very important benefits of karate and fitness. Rob Fletcher is a karate professional who dedicates his full time and energy to his members, programs and facility. Rob believes that through consistent physical training one will build the inner spirit, the "non-quitting" spirit. When individuals focus on building the spirit, barriers and obstacles shatter and break through sheer will. A "non-quitting" spirit - a belief in one's self - this motivation, desire and energy is found within us all. It is sweat. It is hard work.
