Once
you received your Self Defense in 7 Minutes instructional video
practice each of the following techniques 10x - 20x each. Remember
your target areas - the eyes, the nose and the groin. You start from
a square stance - feet shoulder width apart. Your hands up and open
- shoulder level with fingers together pointing up. If you have a
partner or a family member to practice with have them stand in front
of you acting as a target, giving you plenty of distance so that
their is no contact.
Single Strikes
Right Palm Strike 10 - 20x.
Left Palm Strike 10 - 20x.
Right Spearhand 10 - 20x.
Left Spearhand 10 - 20x.
Right Knee 10 - 20x.
Left Knee 10 - 20x.
Right Snap Kick 10 - 20 x.
Left Snap Kick 10 - 20x.
Double Strikes
Right Spearhand, Left Palm Strike 10 - 20x.
Left Spearhand, Right Palm Strike 10 - 20x.
Right Palm Strike, Left Snap Kick 10 - 20x.
Left Palm Strike, Right Snap Kick 10 - 20x.
Right Snap Kick, Left Knee 10 - 20x.
Left Snap Kick, Right Knee 10 - 20x.
Right Palm Strike, Left Snap Kick 10- 20x.
Left Palm Strike, Right Snap Kick 10 - 20x.
Right Snap Kick, Left Snap kick 10 - 20x.
Triple Strikes
Right Spearhand, Left Palm Strike, Right Snap Kick 10 - 20 x.
Left Spearhand,Right Palm Strike, Left Snap Kick 10 - 20 x.
Right Snapkick, Left Knee, Right Knee 10 - 20 x.
Left Snapkick, Right Knee, Left Knee 10 - 20x .
Four Strikes
Right Spearhand, Left Palm Strike, Right Snap Kick, Left Knee 10 -
20x.
Left Spearhand,Right Palm Strike, Left Snap Kick,Right Knee 10 -
20x.
Right Palm Strike, Left Snap, Right Snap Kick, Left Knee 10 - 20x.
Left Palm Strike, Right Snap, Left Snap Kick, Right Knee 10 - 20x.
**Repitition of the above combinations will turn your reaction
into a reflex.
