Street Kombat Basic

Learning Objective: To understand and perform the basic strikes, kicks and technique of  Street Kombat.

Once you have learned the techniques required in Street Kombat Basic you can create your own personalized workouts. The more you practice the the quicker the technique will turn into a reaction or reflex. Visualize the target area you are striking - eyes, nose, throat, groin, jaw. Try to create a feeling as if you are really being attacked and you are effectively using these techniques.
