Easy to learn and very effective

Below is my Street Kombat Basic Program. Once you have learned the techniques required in Street Kombat Basic you can even create a  workout. Best of all the more you practice the faster it will become turning into a reaction or reflex. Visualize where you are strking too - eyes, nose, throat, groin, jaw. Try to create a feeling as if you are really being attacked and you are efectively using these techniques.

Cardio Instructors, Personal Trainers, Martial Arts Instructors

You can incorporate this into your own personal training and routine. Depending on your knowledge of the techniques and your level of fitness you can perform this workout slower or faster using 5 - 20 repetitions each.

Street Kombat Basic

Perform each of the following techniques 5 - 20x each from either a square stance or defensive stance (use both right and left sides). Remember your target areas - eyes, nose, groin, throat and jaw.

Palm Strike
Throat Strike
Head Butt
Direct Elbow
Looping Elbow
Spearhand Strike
Knee Kick
