WHAT
IS KARATICS? Karatics
is more than a workout it is a way of life. Karatics combines all the
physical elements of overall fitness training - cardio, strength and
conditioning training, body sculpting, aerobics, kickboxing, pilates,
plyometrics, weight and resistance training, self defense, stretching and
abdominal training, yoga. Karatics will also emphasize the importance of
mediation, visualization and relaxation techniques and using reinforcing
positive affirmations. Fitness is a lifestyle when we condition ourselves
physically we in turn strengthen our selves mentally, emotionally and
socially.The purpose of Karatics
is to develop and strengthen the mind, body and spirit building the will
to succeed in each individual to bring out the best in in you not only in
fitness but all aspects of your life. All the
