WHAT IS KARATICS?

 

Karatics is more than a workout it is a way of life. Karatics combines all the physical elements of overall fitness training - cardio, strength and conditioning training, body sculpting, aerobics, kickboxing, pilates, plyometrics, weight and resistance training, self defense, stretching and abdominal training, yoga. Karatics will also emphasize the importance of mediation, visualization and relaxation techniques and using reinforcing positive affirmations. Fitness is a lifestyle when we condition ourselves physically we in turn strengthen our selves mentally, emotionally and socially.The purpose of  Karatics is to develop and strengthen the mind, body and spirit building the will to succeed in each individual to bring out the best in in you not only in fitness but all aspects of your life.

I will provide you with series of Karatics workouts, curriculum and programs  - Karatics Basic, Karatics Beginner, Karatics Intermediate, Karatics Advanced, Karatics Masters, Karatics Elite and Karatics Olympian. We also include easy to understand photos, illustrations and text so you will build a strong foundation using proper technique and form.  You will see positive affirmations -repeat them to yourself throughout your day - remember how important it is to stay focused and to believe you will reach your goals not only in health and fitness but in life. You may also choose to listen to your favorite music - music that will inspire you during your workout.
